The FlowVeins grain isn't applied to the surface — it becomes part of it. Three ways to put texture on a board, and how each one ages.
MOLECULAR CRYSTALLIZATION BONDING
The FlowVeins grain is crystallized into the ASA outer surface at a molecular level — one body with the fourth-generation WPC core. Not glued on. Not sprayed on. Grown in.
Traditional Film = A Band-Aid
Sticks on top. Warps, peels and yellows within 2–3 years.
Ordinary Coating = Sunscreen
Sits on the surface. Weak adhesion — cracks and fades under strong UV.
Molecular Crystallization = A Tattoo
Permanent — texture and core grow as one body. Accelerated ageing projects colour retention beyond 20 years outdoors; the commercial warranty period is stated separately.

Our showroom and extrusion lines are in Foshan, China. Full-size FV01 and FV02 profiles in all six colors are kept on hand, so the Wanxiang texture, the end profile and the surface sheen can be checked in daylight rather than on a screen.
Buyers visiting for a factory audit can also walk the production lines, see the in-house laboratory setup, and review the FSC® Chain-of-Custody documentation (ESTS-COC-240458) in person. Send us your dates and we will arrange the visit.

FlowVeins is developed and manufactured by MexyTech, a WPC manufacturer based in Foshan, China, producing wood-plastic composite decking, fencing, cladding and panel products since 2009.
The company operates in-house extrusion production lines, holds FSC® Chain-of-Custody certification (ESTS-COC-240458), and tests its exterior panels with SGS against ASTM, ISO and EN standards. Two profiles: FV01 (178 × 15 mm, flat design) and FV02 (223 × 25 mm, siding design). The standard length is 2.9 m, and customized lengths are available for project orders.
Six standard tones: Pale Oak, Ash Silver, Golden Beech, Honey Teak, Smoke Grey and Coffee Walnut. Project-based color customization can be discussed with our team for volume orders.
MexyTech ASA-surface exterior panels are tested by SGS: 3,000-hour UV aging (ASTM G154, ΔE*ab 2.7), water absorption 1.8% with 0% thickness swelling (ASTM D1037), freeze–thaw flexural strength 28.3 MPa (ASTM D7031), and EN 13501-1 fire classification B-s3, d0. Full reports are available on request.
